Refund policy

Please let us know if there is anything wrong with your order and email us at info@matchiida.com.au with your order number. We will promptly work to review the issue extensively and organise a refund or exchange depending on your preference. 

We unfortunately do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. If you do change your mind, we offer exchanges for other products. As Matcha is a perishable good, it is exempt from being returned once opened. Please note the return costs for change of mind reasons will be covered by the customer.
